The crowd cheers as the Bush effigy falls.
The studio party on May 8 featured 5 burning effigies and a wonderful fire dance performance by Nicole. The party began at 8 and the effigies began flaming at 10 and continued until 1 a.m. Around 11 o'clock a dozen people did ritual dancing by effigy firelight to loud music. Nicole lit the parking lot on fire as she danced while twirling flames. She also demonstrated fire swallowing. The crowd got riotous near one o’clock and attacked the President Bush effigy with burning boards. They cheered when the flaming effigy remnants fell to the ground. After that, everyone went inside where three of the people visiting from Sarasota put on a sexual performance in my bed, which received enthusiastic applause.
The five effigies were placed at the edge of my parking lot near the condo construction next door.
